6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options vary depending on the equipment purchased and the delivery location. We only ship within the 48 contiguous states.

Freight shipments may require the buyer to provide appropriate unloading equipment such as a forklift.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

Failure to report shipping damage at the time of delivery may prevent a freight claim from being filed.

Due to the nature of heavy equipment and commercial appliances, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Equipment is sold as-is unless covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If a product includes a manufacturer's warranty, we will assist customers in facilitating the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer when applicable.
